Today was Bid Day, and…

WE GOT 22 AMAZING NEW ALPHAS!!!  That is 4 more than any other chapter on campus, as well as being 4 more than quota was set at.  We are now the second largest chapter on campus, and we could not feel more blessed and excited at the moment.  Here’s to a fantastic new pledge class that I can’t wait to get to know better!

blondiegimp: This is my pledge class at our first Summer Retreat August 2010, Brigantine, NJ.  We are the Pi Class, spring 2010, of the Gamma Omega Chapter, of Delta Delta Delta. These girls, as well as the 60-something sisters I’ve had come into my life, have been my sunshine, my reason to smile, to be happy, & to be myself.  They each have a little part of me, & I hold a little part of them forever. Best decision of my life!

totalmorganmove: Day 09 - Someone who made a huge impact on you during your new member period. Definitely my pledge mommy, Laura. There is no way in the world to describe how amazingly she treated me and the rest of my pledge class.  She hosted dinners for us in her apartment, made sure we always felt comfortable at every sorority event, and most of all loved us unconditionally and made us love Kappa.  She was an amazing pledge mommy and I was lucky that my little also got to have her as her new member chair.  It’s like a special big/little pledge mommy bond!
